Aeroinsa and Transair are part of Grupo Aries, a family-owned company closely linked to the history of Ecuadorian aviation through Pedro Traversari Infante, one of the country’s first military pilots and a direct relative of the shareholders.

Transair is an authorized representative of Bell Helicopter Textron for Ecuador and of Tecnam P2012 Traveller for Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Aeroinsa provides charter, operations, and maintenance services, holding the necessary quality certifications to deliver excellence with these aircraft.

Aeroinsa offers its Bell 505 helicopter for charter flights throughout Ecuador, serving executives and customized tourist flights, providing significant time savings and the excellence of its technical staff.

Under its certification, Aeroinsa also performs helicopter maintenance at its hangar at Guayaquil Airport, with highly qualified personnel trained and certified by Bell Helicopter Textron.
